TCM Clinic Assistant 中医护理助理

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Maintain the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic, ensuring that all consultation rooms, treatment areas, and equipment rooms meet strict cleanliness standards.

2. Equipment & Supply Management:

• Ensure all tools, machines, and medical equipment are properly maintained, fully functional, and available in sufficient quantities for daily use.
• Regularly monitor and replenish medical consumables, ensuring stock levels are adequate and available for patient care.

3. Treatment Support:

• Operate treatment machines and equipment as prescribed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner, following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Assist the TCM Practitioner in performing treatments and medical procedures, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

4. Patient Care & Assistance:

• Act as a caretaker for patients in the treatment room, attending to their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout the treatment process.

5. Customer Service:

• Provide basic information on clinic services and products to patients, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.

6. Appointment & Registration Assistance:

• Assist with patient appointments, registration, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and organized front desk operation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
• Prior experience in the TCM industry will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills for managing appointments and clinic records.
• A proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fast learner and follow job procedures, with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Willingness to work at Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras and Bangsar South.
