Basic Salary Up to RM 8000 Mandarin Speaking Assistant Finance Manager @ Ampang

Financial Support:

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and assist in preparing management reports.

  Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
  • Support the preparation for internal and external audits.

    Team support:

    • Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
    • Assist in training and development of finance staff.
    • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.

      Liaison & Coordination:

      • Liaise with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
      • Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., PA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Good knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
