- Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers for sports accessories sourcing.
- Communicate and implement opportunities for global customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to ensure optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Follow up on product development timelines, addressing any delays promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for new product development from concept to production.
- Review and approve product samples to meet quality and design specifications.
- Track and manage product development projects, providing regular updates.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure clear communication of product specifications and requirements to suppliers.
- Set up product data, create codes, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
- Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
- Own transport and willingness to travel overseas.
- Proficiency in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
