Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers for sports accessories sourcing.
Communicate and implement opportunities for global customers.
Negotiate prices and terms to ensure optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Follow up on product development timelines, addressing any delays promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for new product development from concept to production.
Review and approve product samples to meet quality and design specifications.
Track and manage product development projects, providing regular updates.
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure clear communication of product specifications and requirements to suppliers.
Set up product data, create codes, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
2-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
Own transport and willingness to travel overseas.
Proficiency in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
