  • Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers for sports accessories sourcing.
  • Communicate and implement opportunities for global customers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to ensure optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Follow up on product development timelines, addressing any delays promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for new product development from concept to production.
  • Review and approve product samples to meet quality and design specifications.
  • Track and manage product development projects, providing regular updates.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure clear communication of product specifications and requirements to suppliers.
  • Set up product data, create codes, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
  • Own transport and willingness to travel overseas.
  • Proficiency in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
