Job Description

  • Assist sales operation by updating price ledger, product line, product grade and proceeding pending sales order to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Assist in stock management by issuing purchase order and allocation of stock to branches to support sales activities.
  • Supporting business partners by attending to enquiries on product price and stock ETA to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Maintaining supplier’s relationship by constantly communicating with suppliers to keep them updated on in-house promotions, and to obtain updated stock information for them.
  • Supports inventory management by monitoring slow sellers and take actions to assist in reducing prices or setting promotions as necessary to maintain desired inventory turnover rate.
  • Prepare department report by daily, weekly and monthly basis and analyze sales figures/trend to ensure timely submission to support decision making process.
  • Assist to check and follow up all the promotion visual and status.
  • Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignments or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Economic/logistic or related field.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills, and Good Analytic skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferable Chinese speaking candidate
  • Willing to work at HQ Pandan Jaya, Cheras
