Role Description

This is a full time & remote role for a Creative Manager at Enabl Ecom. The Creative Manager will be responsible for overseeing creative strategy, project management with video ads, creator management, graphic design and handling content revisions from the pre & post production team.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end UGC content creation process
  • Aliasing between content creators, clients & editors to ensure a seamless production process
  • Drafting up UGC ad briefs for creators to guide them on filming content
  • Drafting written & verbal scripts & reviewing ad content to create high quality direct response ads
  • Analysing creative data to drive decisions behind high performing ad content
  • Basic graphic design on canva

Qualifications

  • Very proficient written & verbal english skills
  • Knowledge & understanding of social media, particularly instagram & Tiktok (Speak like a Gen Z!)
  • Understanding of social media trends
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Canva skills
  • Keen attention to detail
