  • To assist HR Operations Manager on pre-hiring activities as follows
  • Submission and Uploading Candidate's document for Background Check in Verity/Genesis portal
  • Submission of Sanction Check to Compliance Team, save to p-file myHR
  • Prepare LO and related letters (LOU etc) including approval
  • Issue offer letter upon satisfactory of all hiring checks and documents uploaded in myHR
  • To send approved letter back to candidate cc to all other internal parties
  • Send notification on changes of start date/withdrawal (IamPru,Payroll, etc)
  • Laptop requests to IT
  • Raise ticket for laptop configuration - IamPru transaction
  • Assist HR Ops team in processing of invoices as follows :
  • Monitor payment progress with Finance for employee buy out notice payment and vendor
  • Reimbursement of pre-employment medical checkup to new employee
  • Send/notify payment advice to employee/vendor
  • To perform employment verification documentation from:-
  • 3rd party for employee loan confirmation
  • Former employee background check on timely basis
  • 4. To assist HR Ops on employee confirmation process
  • Monitor Confirmation progress in myHR
  • Notify HRBP on delay submission/approval
  • Prepare Confirmation Letter & seek approval from the authorized signatory
  • Send Confirmation Letter to staff via email
  • Save Confirmation Letter to p-file in myHR
  • To assist on MyHR Administration
  • Reset Password upon employee request
  • Complete Ready To Hire (RTH) transaction for new hires
  • Maintenance of Documentation (myHR) i.e upload necessary documents in employee e-file in myHR
  • To assist on preparation of employee movement letters
  • Assist preparation of transfer letters, acting allowance, acceptance of resignation (AOR), salary review and other employee related letters.
  • To send approved letter back to candidate cc to all other internal parties
  • Participate in other Division Projects/initiative from time to time.
