- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with admin office on day-to-day documentation and fillings, ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Issue PO & Email PO to supplier for placing an order, follow up with supplier for goods delivery.
- Issue DO & invoice to customer when receive order, process order, ensure proper delivering goods to customer
- Daily work order preparation.
- Check & update daily production record and stock balance.
- Check & update daily & monthly summary production report.
- Contacting government department for information/clarification
- Contacting various stockholders for business operation purposes
- Par-take on future projects such as ISO and Halal certification
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
- SPM, Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. (including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Knowledge in AUTO COUNT software is an advantage.
- Mature, initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude.
- Can work independently. Possess good customer service and inter-personal relationship skill
- Prefer able to speak English, Mandarin (to handle multilingual customer)
