THE ROLE:

The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our client’s HR functions, with a particular focus on compensation & benefits, and cost management. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, support performance management and employee relations, lead HR projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to enhancing the employee experience. The Senior HR Executive will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement effective HR strategies and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of headcount costs to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints. Provide insights and recommendations for maintaining cost efficiency without compromising the quality of HR services.
  • Administer monthly forecasting and annual headcount budgeting processes. Ensure the benefits program is effectively managed, providing support and guidance to employees on benefits-related queries.
  • Facilitate salary adjustments and the merit review process, ensuring decisions are fair, transparent, and aligned with the company's compensation philosophy. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations when alternative approaches are more suitable.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities that do not impact organizational performance. Manage employee leave balances, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and respond promptly to data requests. Analyze HR data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Support the performance management process, including objective setting, mid-year reviews, and end-of-year reviews. Address employee issues such as grievances, performance management, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Lead HR projects both locally and as part of the global/regional HR function. Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills, team building, and other areas critical to employee development and engagement.
  • Provide HR data analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making. Participate in ISO audit preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in HR policies, procedures, and processes. Implement approved HR strategies to enhance productivity, high performance, and the overall employee experience.
  • Keep HR documentation, employee records, policies, and procedures up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Provide advice and support to managers and employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Coordinate internal and external HR-related audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any findings promptly. Support payroll in the accurate and timely submission of government reports.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, providing a strong educational foundation for the role.
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a proven track record of managing various HR functions effectively.
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance HR processes and the employee experience.
  • Be comfortable working with HR reports and numerical data. Utilize data to drive informed decisions and support HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and stay current with HR best practices. Exhibit a stable employment history, indicating reliability and commitment.
  • Have a basic understanding of talent management principles and practices. Experience in this area is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience working in global matrix organizations, preferably within the technology industry, is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
