We are looking for Performance Specialist with the experience in handling the DSP platforms, deep analytical and data-enabled problem-solving abilities. In this role, you are challenged with ensuring flawless programmatic campaign execution and the daily operations. You'll work strategically to optimize the campaign performance in real-time, while focusing on the KPI. In this position, you'll also have to liaise with the planners and Agencies to ensure the strategic optimization initiatives are met.

Responsibilities:

Campaign & Delivery Management:

  • Operational: Campaign set up, following the trading desk processes (Briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up, etc.)
  • Optimization: Campaigns metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our client goals (Branding, traffic, acquisitions, etc.) and KPIs
  • Reporting and analytics: Updating the media planning team on campaign delivery, taking decision, and making recommendations
  • End-to-end campaign management and delivery management
  • Complying campaign pacing and delivery insights
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Understanding of optimization insights and making continuous recommendations to the post campaign reports
  • Own daily operations and master trading-related technologies, including DSPs, 3rd party ad servers and PMP/PG related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Ad Operations, with experience across Display, Mobile, Video & Social (Across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter and other biddable platforms)
  • 1 –2 years practical experience in at least one or more of the following DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) with demonstrated capability to manage the platforms and run the campaigns autonomously
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Understand differences of Awareness & conversion/lead based campaign delivery to meet advertiser performance metrics
  • Experience in one of the top rich media/Ad server trafficking systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc.)
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, & Flash
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Data studio reporting systems is not a must but will be preferred
