What would you do?

  • Assist in planning, designing, and developing key strategic priorities, translating them into executable short and long-term strategic plans.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to assist in planning, designing, and executing strategic plans and high-value tasks as required.
  • Support efforts to ensure the company's internal readiness from financial, compliance, and operational perspectives for corporate activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish a business monitoring framework and performance measures, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of business performance to senior management and the board.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies for growth.
  • Flexibility to take on additional task assigned by manager from time to time.

Who should join us?

  • At least 8 years of strategy, growth, transformation and program management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
  • Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Able to co-ordinate activities by others and project manage within cross-functional project teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership.
  • Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Passion and persistence for continuous improvement.
