  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Multimedia Designer. In this collaborative, entry-level role, you'll get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working with our digital marketing team and our company's subsidiaries on campaigns and their subsequent content/materials. Our ideal designer candidate has graphic design and video editing skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support our digital marketing team.
  • Help refine digital marketing strategies and best practices for both internal/ external marketing through multimedia efforts.
  • Assist with producing multimedia content for social media campaigns, channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and editorial calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Produce website and social media content using graphic design software.
  • Assist with website updates as needed.
  • Complete other administrative, design, and multimedia tasks as needed.
  • Ideate and curating motion graphic videos, storyboarding, and other visual effects or design tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant bachelor’s degree program (design, marketing, etc.)
  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator) and other content creation tools like Canva
  • Graphic design skills
  • Video editing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player and has self-ownership
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Has a strong sense of ownership
