Randstad has recently partnered with one of the top software company from New York. They are looking to expand their sales team here in Malaysia.

About The Job

  • Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing and realisation of business plan targets.
  • Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation.
  • Deliver customer presentations and proposals and negotiate and close business deals.

About The Manager/team

APAC sales team reports to the same Sales Director.

About The Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years experience in selling ESG products.
  • 2 - 3 years ESG background.
  • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Open to candidates who have ESG background but do not have sales experience.
