- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) and prepare attendance lists and meeting minutes as required.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist in document control and compilation of documents as required.
- Assist in monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Assist in quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Assist Project Manager/Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required.
- Minimum degree holder preferable in Business Administration/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in the role.
