  • To execute data entry of purchase invoices and sales invoices.
  • To execute data entry of stock movements in the warehouse
  • To execute data entry for new customers/ suppliers and all required information along with it.
  • To carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents (Eg: Printing / Filing / Arranging documents / etc.)
  • To be detail-oriented in all documentation to avoid unnecessary repetition of certain tasks.
  • Keep data, records, and reports up to date.
  • To be punctual every day, to ensure deliveries will be planned well by communicating with the relevant parties.
  • To be acceptable towards ad hoc tasks to ensure operations are smoothly executed.
  • Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
  • Experience and/ or knowledge on bookkeeping and filing
  • To be good at basic math and logic
  • Quick typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
  • Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
  • Able to work independent.
  • Proficient in written & spoken in English.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
