Responsibilities

  • Measure and track change adoption metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging change management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials and presentations.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a group or regional level is highly advantageous.
