  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Change Manager to drive the successful implementation of IT initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with IT initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation plans.
  • Create engaging communication plans and materials, including training decks, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of IT changes.
  • Manage change resistance proactively and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Measure and track change adoption metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging change management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials and presentations.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a group or regional level is highly advantageous.
