HR Administration

  • Work closely on visa application/cancelation, tax clearance, settling in and preparation of documents for these processes
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits
  • To prepare letters in relation to employee lifecycle
  • Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry
  • Manage all office administration related tasks which includes liaising with external vendors for day to day office requests where relevant
  • Supports the HR team in organizing all engagement events for Zalora Malaysia
  • Able to travel to Fulfillment Center (FC) located at Shah Alam as and when needed to render HR operational support whenever required

Business Partnering

  • Assist managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and program.
  • Support managers on various HR tools and processes. (E.g. performance management, career development, HR audit, disciplinary action, onboarding/offboarding process)
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify and participate in internal/external continuous improvement initiatives.

Employee Motivation and Engagement

  • Act as a contact point for employees on HR related queries and dedicate face time to ensure employee support through interaction/feedback.
  • Actively involved in employee engagement and HR communication activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or clerical roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Accurate data entry and the ability to manage employee files and records
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and follow-up on tasks and deadlines
