As a Culinary admin, you responsible to maintain for general administration of the culinary department and report to Executive Chef.

Follow guide’s lines and specification as set down by hotel policies. Assist the outlet chef key in daily preparation of kitchen market list and in house store requisition

To check with service side the daily reservation, work together with the sales & marketing team on the coming up event, forecast, BEO Printing and distribute to the outlet.

Distribute HACCP form to the outlate then filling

Responsibilities

  1. To carry out various administrative task as directed by the Executive Chef.
  2. To assist the Executive Chef in his administration duties and other follow ups.
  3. To upkeep the filing of all documents related to Culinary Department.
  4. To attend to Executive Chef’s business appointment scheduling, etc.
  5. Reporting Time and Attendance hours of work and rest for culinary staff to the Exec Chef
  6. Follow up & compile weekly culinary duty roster.
  7. Update & monitor staff Annual Leave & Replacement
  8. Meets and greets all new joining culinary team members and train them on their replacement, overtime, allowance form.
  9. Notifies Executive Chef of any discrepancies/shortages on the culinary work rotations.
  10. Responsible for taking and distributing minutes for daily F&B & Culinary meetings.
  11. In charge of obtaining / renewing Halal certification for G Hotel Gurney and Kelawai.
  12. Assisting in translating or pass massage to the staffs from the Executive Chef.
  13. To work in any section of kitchen when necessary or as requested by the Executive Chef at period of pressure and high business
  14. To maintain good working relationship with colleagues and all other department, especially restaurant and stewarding staff. We need everybody help and assistance.
  15. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to company’s policy relating to fine hygiene and safety and to attend fire and hygiene drills.
  16. To carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Executive Chef

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  2. Strong understanding of administration management
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making
