Job Responsibilities

This position is the central hub of the Ad Tech & Product Development division supporting ad solutions of Media Sales. It requires the deepest technical, web and apps platform development project experience and ad tech product knowledge. Its primary responsibility is to strategize products development as respective project management lead and priority support with technical implementation and product engineering team which expands features and ad tech stack offerings across display, video, audio and social ads.

Requirements

3rd Party Product Partnership Integration, Management & Operation

  • Key liaison of Astro Group in all engagement activities with the 3rd party partners.
  • Leading the assessment and evaluation of potential revenue growth of proposed 3rd party partnership for the delivery of best-in-class services, solutions & technologies offerings.
  • Managing the 3rd party vendors on contractual obligation, commercial negotiation & proposal of monetization opportunity along with partnership strategy planning post analysis.
  • Supporting the drive of product development partnership discussion and expansion of revenue opportunities to garner for best yield of mutual benefits.

Advertising & Marketing Technology Integration, Management & Operation

  • Planning the development & implementation process of digital advertising & marketing technology roadmaps from inception through to delivery and ongoing supports.
  • Responsible for end to end delivery for the on budget and timely tech stack offerings of digital advertising & marketing technology platforms deployments including managing approvals, implementation and notification of internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the consolidation, selection, contract negotiation and ongoing performance management of advertising & marketing technology vendors, in consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Actively researching the external environment, and ad tech trend analysis where appropriate identifying, evaluating, and recommending new digital advertising & marketing technology partners for the delivery of best in class services, solutions & technologies.
  • Identifying and implementing digital advertising & marketing technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on plan and review UAT timeline of ad tech and product launch.
  • Identifying & evaluating potential digital audience segments for addressable advertising monetization in supporting Group Data team on its creation & management.

Troubleshooting, Testing and Escalation

  • Responsible for investigating and solving any platform issues.
  • Produces, implements and troubleshoots tracking tags and pixels when needed.
  • Involvement of Ad Tech product testing and implementation including performance review of ad units including the viewability, engagement rate and other ad performance metrics.
  • Key person to analyse product delivery abnormality whenever delivery incident occur, make applicable optimizations suggestions with escalation to management.

Others

  • Prepare project status report required as part of the ADEX contribution effort for digital and addressable advertising campaigns.
  • Others relevant scope duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree of any field
  • Must be from digital advertising business working experience
  • Preferred a min 3 years experiences in a similar or digital ad tech related supporting role
  • Google Certification in Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics will be require
  • Hands on and deep knowledge on online advertising operations
  • Strong analytical skill with numbers
  • Possess logical thinking to interpret campaign performance optimization
  • Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry
  • Basic skills in HTML, Web Development would be preferred but not essential
  • Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • DMP (Data Management Platform), Kantar, Google Data Studio and Tableau reporting dashboard experience is a plus Informal
  • Attention to detail on consistent data accuracy and quality of output.
  • Good presentation and communication skills
