Job Description

  • Position Title: Manager/Product Manager (Solar Coating)
  • Working Location: Nearest MRT – One North
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar nano-coating products, including testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to optimize the testing and manufacturing processes of solar nano-coatings.
  • Secure certification for solar nano-coating products to meet industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all solar-related projects.
  • Lead and supervise field trials both locally and internationally, including overseeing installation and calibration activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and implement effective corrective actions during site installations.
  • Drive the production of new products to fulfill specific customer demands.
  • Lead, manage, and train team members to ensure professional growth and project success.
  • Identify potential customers, establish and service new accounts, and organize strategic sales calls to expand market reach.

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coating design and a related role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency with FTG FilmStar or equivalent design software.
