Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering HR services efficiently and accurately.
- Managing headcount and labour costs in line with company strategies.
- Coordinating with recruitment to enhance overall HR service delivery.
- Overseeing talent development, succession planning, and HR strategy implementation.
- Developing and administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with company goals.
- Partnering with line managers to boost employee engagement and welfare.
- Monitoring compliance training and managing performance reviews, compensation, and promotion cycles.
- Handling Industrial Relations issues and ensuring proper case management.
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and ensuring payroll accuracy.
- Staying updated on employment laws and developing compensation-related communication materials.
- Addressing corporate requests and performing additional duties as assigned
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience as a HR generalist
