Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to secure IT recruiting service contracts.
- Identify, Lead and and finalize responses to RFPs for IT recruitment in the government and financial sectors
- You should have been very active in sales or recruitment activity in the IT area. We are looking for a proven track record and ability to open new Accounts, Account Management, and hands-on support for the Recruitment process.
- Must possess capability to deal with Clients and Candidates at all levels.
- You should be prepared to deliver on performance targets in a competitive marketplace.
- Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Building relationships with client executives at senior levels in clients Networking within the organization to build relationships at all levels (decision makers and influencers)
- Engaging executives effectively in exploratory discussions to understand their needs
- Bringing new ideas and perspectives to these executive’s agnostic of immediate sales
- Be persistent in following up with customers to move them from discussions to clear interest in executing a deal
- 12.Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and building relationships with all stakeholders
- 13.Negotiate the pricing and commercials in a manner that meets MCS profitability goals
- 14.Target new clients with limited cold calling, participate in Tender processes and register with procurement departments at major companies
Minimum qualifications
- You should have been very active in sales or recruitment activity in the IT area.

- Previous IT sales client relationship experience minimum 3 years
- Demonstrable experience of managing senior client relationships
- Experience leading and closing end-to-end deals with proven success in creating and leading RFP and tender processes
- Experience and cultural adaptability to work across countries and succeed in a global organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills
Compensation:
Basic RM2,000-RM 3000 with significant sales incentive plan up to RM3000-RM5000.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
