Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies related to corporate development activities, leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of corporate development initiatives, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative business models in the coworking and office real estate sectors, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy background, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate investment.
  • Decent understanding of the office real estate market dynamics, including knowledge of leasing structures, property valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.
