  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full time on-site and hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to our female CEO at The Wave Clinic. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing communication, handling diary management, and utilizing strong clerical skills to assist in daily operations at the facility in Kuala Lumpur City, 43000 and travel if needed.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Travel, accomidation and conference organising
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Diary Management proficiency
  • Clerical Skills expertise
  • Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology is beneficial
  • Personal arrangements
