Role Description
- Ideally, you are a FRESH Graduate in Business Administration, HR, accounting, or Management and currently Unemployed.
- Do you want to kickstart a career in Payroll processing? Applicants who require a work permit will not be considered.
The position opportunity involves tasks related to payroll administration, HR management, HRIS, and payroll data management and processing.
What is involved:
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Maintaining employee records in HRMS and payroll system. Ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinating with the team leader to ensure correct employee data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the other admin department.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management expertise
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Certifications in HR or Payroll Management would be beneficial
