Role Description

  • Ideally, you are a FRESH Graduate in Business Administration, HR, accounting, or Management and currently Unemployed.
  • Do you want to kickstart a career in Payroll processing? Applicants who require a work permit will not be considered.

The position opportunity involves tasks related to payroll administration, HR management, HRIS, and payroll data management and processing.

What is involved:

  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
  • Maintaining employee records in HRMS and payroll system. Ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinating with the team leader to ensure correct employee data.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the other admin department.

  • Qualifications

    • Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
    • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management expertise
    • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Certifications in HR or Payroll Management would be beneficial
