The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Experience in leading sessions to gather and document business needs.
  • Writing FSD: Ability to write clear and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skill in working with various teams to ensure business needs are met.
  • Defect Triage: Experience in managing and prioritizing defects effectively.
  • Defect Summary Reports: Ability to create detailed reports on defects and analyze data for insights.
  • Systems Integration: Experience in aligning specifications across different systems for smooth integration.

Ideal Profile

  • As a Senior Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience, you will lead business transformation efforts by analyzing, designing, and implementing complex solutions.
  • You will manage defect triage, create defect reports, and may contribute to quality analysis, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Lead sessions to gather and document business needs, aligning them with business goals. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD): Create detailed Functional Specification Documents that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Quality Analysis: Optionally participate in quality analysis to ensure solutions meet high standards.
  • Defect Triage: Manage and prioritize defects, and lead triage meetings to assess and assign defects.
  • Defect Summary Reports: Create and present detailed reports on defects, including trends, root causes, and resolutions.
  • Systems Integration: Ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system specifications for successful integration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all project stakeholders informed and manage expectations throughout the project. Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to improve business processes and system efficiency.
