Job Responsibility
- Manage sales documents such as invoices, customer orders, and sales records.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
- Monitor product stock levels and manage customer orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

- Minimum diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Prior experience in sales or administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
