  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Construction Manager (Technical)

Job Description:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, site progress matters
  • Oversee the performance of all contractors and ensure that work is completed on schedule
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
  • Estimate project costs, negotiate contracts, and manage construction schedules
  • Address, mitigate and resolve problems and delays in construction projects
  • Technically, able to check and review the site sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed
  • Train assistants and teams, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate in Construction Management and Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 Year(s) of site working experience in the related field is required (solar industry)
  • Skills: Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD and Site knowledge
  • Proficient at managing time and resources
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably Mandarin/Chinese speaking candidate
  • Malaysian citizen
