  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To manage and control overall Accounting System as to ensure that all data from various system interfaces are reliable, accurate and scrutinised thus enable Management to make strategic decision.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure that financial reports such as financial statements for all regions and branches are accurate.
  • Advice branches and regions on issues related to financial reports.
  • Ensure reports to all related departments are escalated within the stipulated time.
  • Verify accounting entries and ensure requirements are met as per URS.
  • To provide accounting entries for new product or any enhancement.
  • To review the policy & procedure related to accounting and general ledger.
  • Understand the nature of the new GL entry and to be reflected in Financial statement and other accounting report.
  • Review and approve access ID matrix for system users.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on issues related to accounting..
  • Ensure that all requested documents for audit purposes are provided to the external auditors within the stipulated time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent financial knowledge / background
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
