- Job Specifications:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including grievance management, employee relations, industrial relations, training & development, union management.
- Able to interpret all pertaining laws under the HR Platform.
- Assist in all industrial/employee relations activities which include investigation and disciplinary matters.
- Provide advisory to management in addressing employee relation issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.
- Plan employee engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention.
- Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- 3 – 5 years related experience
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people
- Well versed in Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and Sabah Labour Ordinance
- Willing to travel outstation when it is necessary
