- Manage and monitor office emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and type letters, quotations, and other documents as required.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Oversee office stationery and general supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate and arrange travel bookings as needed.
This role is reporting to Admin Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience in logistics is considered a valuable asset
- Great accountabilities
