1. **Office Management:**

2. **Onboarding and Offboarding:**

- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.

- Manage exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

3. **Employee Records Management:**

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding employee documentation.

4. **HR Administration:**

- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.

- Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation.

5. **Training and Development:**

- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

- Assist in identifying employee training needs and development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in administrative or HR roles is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

- Good with numbers and possess good analytical skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
