Sales & Marketing Specialist

Our mission is to lead the creative industry’s shift from conventional project management tools to a people-centric approach. We have already launched the first version of our web app, TESSR, and are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive the public growth and adoption. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Your mission will be generating leads, building meaningful relationships, and driving TESSR’s growth and adoption across the creative industry.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for TESSR.
- Identify and pursue leads within the animation and creative industry.
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential customers, helping them understand TESSR’s values.
- Conduct engaging product demos that showcase TESSR's features and benefits.
- Dive sales by highlighting how TESSR streamlines task management, enhances collaboration, and improves project outcomes.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and copywriter to create compelling digital marketing content.
- Gather insights from customer interactions and product demos and share them with the product development team.
HERE’S THE SKILLS WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in SaaS or related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, particularly in lead generation and relationship building.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for achieving growth.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data.
- Familiarity with the animation or creative industry, or project management needs is a plus.
*Note: This is a hands-on role, and as Tessereum continues to grow, there may be opportunities to lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
