Japanese Company in Malaysia HR and General Administrative Assistant Manager Place: Menara AIA Sentral (Raja Chulan Monorail Station) Salary: up to RM7,000 Job Type: Permanent; Full-time WORKING HOURS: Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM JOB FUNCTION: ・ Develop and implement HR and GA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. ・ Conduct the recruitment and selection process, promotion, and demotion. ・ Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs. ・ Handle employee salaries, attendance, permission. ・ Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. ・ Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation. ・ Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. ・ Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees. ・ Handle employee separation process, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork. ・ Manage activities that can be useful in increasing the intimacy of all employees including motivating employees to work more optimally. ・ Conduct general administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination. ・ Handle all forms of licensing needed by the company. ・ Handling working visa for expatriate. ・ Leading involves motivating, communicating, and empowering the division staffs, as well as resolving conflicts. ・ Conduct regular performance evaluations for the division staffs. ・ Manage regular performance evaluation for all divisions. QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: ・ Minimum Bachelor’s degree. ・At least 3 years’ experience from a similar position. ・Understanding of the employment law (including working visa regulation) and employee tax. ・Strong commitment to accomplish company’s target. ・Good communication (in English), managerial and interpersonal skills. ・Able to work as a part of the team. ・Highly ethical and possess ability to handle confidential information BENEFITS: ・ Benefits will be disclosed during interview
