About The Job

They are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their team in a sole contributor capacity.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster employee growth.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge, thereby contributing to their professional development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring these are effectively managed and communicated to employees.

About The Manager/team

This role is reporting to the GM of the mall & Group HR.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary Education
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in generalist roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
