They are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their team in a sole contributor capacity.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster employee growth.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge, thereby contributing to their professional development.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring these are effectively managed and communicated to employees.
This role is reporting to the GM of the mall & Group HR.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary Education
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in generalist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
