Supervisor - Event Service, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting Event Service Manager in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Supervisor - Event Service will be involved in overall planning, coordination, and execution of events and functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. The responsibilities of the Supervisor - Event Service include understanding the event requirements through the sales team, coordinating with various hotel departments, managing event staff, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing revenue.

• Work experience in the Event Service / Banquet / Catering department of a hotel is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of event service operations, including menu planning, wine selection, and culinary trends to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and maximizing profitability while delivering high-quality event experiences.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational and time management skills are essential.
