Summary:

To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the development of the communications plan (or strategic review) in accordance with the client’s objectives and budgets, including a positioning statement and brand character statement.
  • Consults with creative, media, and account management to communicate client objectives and to develop alternative strategic solutions.
  • Develops annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
  • Prepares and receives client feedback and approval of job orders with sufficient information so other agency staff can complete client projects in an effective and timely manner.
  • Develops timetables for client projects in conjunction with the other members of the account team.
  • Leads the day-to-day development of all client projects. Ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and reporting on project status
  • Manage project communication and document key meetings and decisions
  • Keeps agency personnel informed of client requests and changes.
  • Review all media and creative work before submitting it to the client for approval.
  • Obtains all required client approvals, promptly (including cost estimates).
  • Coordinates with the media, creative, and production members of the account team to ensure all media deadlines and rotations schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Transmits billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate. Attends to inquiries or disputes regarding billing and payment, when necessary.
  • Participates in new business activities as assigned.
  • Compile and report activities of competitors.
  • Social media planning and management which includes development of content calendar, community management, social sweeping for trends, reporting, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Mass communication or any related field.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills.
  • Careful and meticulous.
  • A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work within timelines.
  • Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
