Senior Consultant – Talent Strategy (Employee Engagement Solutions)

We will count on you to:

  • Leverage talent strategy expertise and thought leadership to deliver significant change for Mercer’s clients, independently leading on a wide range of Talent Strategy projects and act as a work stream lead on the most programs.
  • Manage the project workflow to ensure that deliverables are met on time
  • Interpret data and other components to assess and determine the direction of a project, review project workflow and implications of scope with Project Managers and Project Sponsors.
  • Assists and independently lead in writing and structuring client presentations/reports by using data such as averages, trends, and stochastic models to create summary exhibits in presentations and to draft initial observations/recommendations and conclusions for review by senior consultants or on the project.
  • Coordinate and review client data while supervising junior consultants including: tracking what has been received and what are outstanding, identifying issues or discrepancies with data, raising any issues independently with the client.
  • Interpret the data and determine “the story” outlined to the client – determine client implications as it relates to data.
  • Answer client questions regarding Mercer project methodology. Lead internal team meetings (set agendas, take notes, execute most action items afterwards
  • Conduct general research using internet and internal databases to gather information

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience within Talent Management or similar expertise.
  • Experienced in applying HR Assessment / HR Engagement Tools
  • Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
  • Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
