  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player within the logistic with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a buyer(Japanese Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

Job Description
  • Ensure adherence to sourcing, purchasing, and corporate policies, including Business Partner guidelines.
  • Manage procurement-related data and maintain its quality (rates, catalogues, supplier performance, etc.).
  • Review contracts and negotiate with suppliers for optimal terms.
  • Coordinate approvals for content and supplier proposals.
  • Provide first-level support for procurement-related issues (e.g., process master data changes, order confirmations, invoice discrepancies, etc.)
  • Monitor and support tender preparation, negotiations, and ongoing supplier management.
  • Track and record key supplier and vendor data in databases or systems.
  • Generate necessary reports, analyze them, and recommend catalog or procurement process improvements.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal customers in scope
  • Provide advice and support to internal customer with specs for required low value goods / services (without a framework contract) in close cooperation with sourcing


The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement functions and especially in P2P operational would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese - reading, writing & speaking.
  • Basic knowledge on negotiating and application experience.
  • Sound knowledge of purchasing practices and buying procedures
  • Experience in working with MS Office suite (Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in SAP and/or Oracle system environment
  • Good communication style and analytical skills
