Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) with a focus on nurse recruitment as well as other healthcare and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a hospital setting and play a key role in generating leads and executing strategic recruitment efforts to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for nurse recruitment and other healthcare and non-clinical positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with nursing and other departments to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies promptly.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, especially nursing schools and universities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs across various departments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a hospital is a must.
- Strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) to communicate with a diverse pool of candidates.
