Ansell is looking for a Specialist, HR (L&D) to join our team in Melaka, Malaysia.

In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees. You will be liasing with internal stakeholder to identify and assess training and development needs.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare training plans, schedule, track and monitor training needs and budget.
  • Evaluate training assessment reports and monitor to meet continuous improvement of audit guidelines.
  • Review, source and assess existing and new trainers, programmes, learning materials and learning aids and resources to meet the specific requirements.
  • Manage and handle training related matters such as application, claims and training grants etc.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements being planned and monitored accordingly and met.
  • Review, discuss and monitor the progress of trainees through Training Effectiveness summitted by individual superior.
  • Maintenance of training records of employees in the system and records filling.
  • Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports.
  • Organize training by preparing logistic, venue and ensure 90% attendance.
  • Conduct orientation training for new hire, refresher training on latest policies pertaining to HR department.
  • Adhere to the company rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by the management from time to time.
  • To be aware, ensure trainings inline with company’s GMP, Quality Policy, Occupational Safety & Health, Policy and Environmental Policy are understood and adhered
  • Understand the company’s Emergency Procedures.

  • Experience in HR particularly Training and Development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive training effectiveness.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and project coordination.
