What would you do?

  • The key coordinator for LinkedIn Learning (LI) - including user management/maintenance, content curation and uploads (this will be changed to other e-learning platforms tentatively Jan 2025)
  • Research emerging trends in self-paced e-learning space to incorporate program design and delivery.
  • Lead the monitoring of LI/e-Learning usage, providing reports and suggestion for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning programs & LI/e-Learning utilization.
  • Support overall PD team activities including but not limited to the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.

Who should join us?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent.
  • Able to start by October 2024 with minimum 4 months internship period.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
