* Topik 5 score (required).
* Fluency in Korean language (spoken and written).
* Bachelor's degree in any field (Communication, Business, or related fields preferred).
* 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/GDS software (training provided if necessary).
* Willingness to work in Malaysia for an extended period.
