  • Perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
  • Maintain and update necessary records such as invoices and payment vouchers etc.
  • To handle the on the issue PO, recording of purchases and inventory items.
  • Assist with the data maintenance of the inventory module, keeping the data up-to-date, accurate and reliable,
  • To participate in the stock count as well as assist the superior with the preparation of the stock count sheets, stock reconciliation and other stock take related reports.
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and yearly audit
  • To maintain regular and accurate filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc.
  • To handle other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks or provide backup teammate as needed.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Finance/Account.
  • Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail & Good organizational skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
