Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to key stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

8. Lead, coach, and mentor subordinates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.

8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

10. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
