Responsibilities
- Provide timely solutions and support to all customers enquiries via calls and/or emails.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting if applicable (training will be provided)
- Maintain detailed records of customers interactions and feedback to improve service
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a call centre setting
- Experience in supporting both Singapore and Malaysia markets is a must
- High proficiency in English to respond to customers feedback
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of individuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work in shifts
