Responsibilities

  • Provide timely solutions and support to all customers enquiries via calls and/or emails.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting if applicable (training will be provided)
  • Maintain detailed records of customers interactions and feedback to improve service

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a call centre setting
  • Experience in supporting both Singapore and Malaysia markets is a must
  • High proficiency in English to respond to customers feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of individuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
