Position: Graduate & Young Professional Program (SAP Basis & Authorization)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (PR/Citizen)

Module: SAP Basis & Authorization

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performing system monitoring and administration of SAP Product Landscape hosted at both on-premise data centre and cloud.
• Performing system monitoring and administration of SAP Database: HANA, ORACLE, MSSQL, SYBASE, MAXDB, and DB2.
• Performing system monitoring and administration of Cloud Hyperscaler: AWS, AZURE, and GCP
• Administering user and access authorization for SAP S/4HANA ABAP, FIORI, Public Cloud, and BTP.
• Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, conversion, and migration projects.
• Provide support to Customers by resolving SAP technical issues and inquiries.
• Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems: LINUX, UNIX, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of database management.
• Knowledge of Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of information system management.
• Experience or coursework in networking, operating systems, and database is an extra advantage.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
