Working time: 8.30am – 6.15pm
Job Descriptions: -
• To achieve the organization's objectives by defining short-term and long-term goals.
• Ensure the daily operations are smoothly executed in meeting the customer requirements.
• Focuses on Johor Bahru Office sales activity and is responsible for profitability in sales.
• Compliance with all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business
activity.
• Implementing a sales Management process in identifying key customers and prospects.
• Execute the sales meeting with customers to improve Johor Bahru Office sales target.
• Develop sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Maximizing operation potential to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
• Provide contingency planning to the operation team to minimize delivery disruptions to
customers.
• Participate with the Sales team for the new customer bidding process.
• Analyzing the market and sales trends, periodically reviewing competitor’s performance
through the sales team and checking on gaps in performance and seeking reasons and
actionable steps to close the gaps.
• Analyzing feedback from potential and existing customers and preparing reports to the
Management.
• Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
• Ensure all the activities are in compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.
• Provides strategic and people leadership of the functions and guides the Company growth.
Qualification:-
• Experience in Sales Management or Logistics Industry for at least above 5 years.
• Minimum Diploma in any related fields
• Good business acumen and knowledge in the logistics industry including all modes of
transportation and warehousing.
• Commercial flair and a proven ability to develop close relationships with key customers,
customers, government officers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Proficient ethical leadership abilities and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
