Overall Job Description:

Innity is a digital marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. Innity’s solutions provide a combination of creative advertising, content and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategize and develop contents for own brand and build community through engaging activities and collaboration with relevant parties as well as partnership with other brands.

Content Creation

  • Manage (plan, scheduling, copywriting, visualising) and co-develop the content strategy together with similar stakeholders from internal or external source.
  • Research latest trends & updates.
  • Work with designers to brainstorm creatives.
  • Publish content on respective social media.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content published for internal learning and improvement.
  • Assist in script writing, directing, filming & creating short and long form video content for YouTube and TikTok for creative productions.

Community

  • Plan and execute activities to engage with community on social media.
  • Manage community’s reward and incentive with inventory products procured.
  • Collaborate with community members for interviews & other special content.
  • Manage community helpdesk for all forms of queries or issues in a timely manner.

In-App Campaign

  • Plan and execute in-app campaigns (includes campaign’s brief, budget allocation, generating the campaign in our platform, liaise with ops to live campaign in the app).
  • Monitor campaigns via platform’s dashboard (filter through, approve, view draft, provide feedback, verify KOLs).
  • Provide appropriate reporting, evaluation and optimization of all digital advertising initiatives.

External Ad Campaign

  • Manage and review ad request by SP team & allocate budget accordingly for ad campaigns.
  • Ad copywriting and ideation with designers for creatives.
  • Liaise with ops team to live the ad on its respective platforms.

Partnership Activation

  • Identify potential brand partners as well as collaborators for community and business opportunities.
  • Approach and form long term partnership relation with different merchant/vendor/brands.
  • Prepare, pack and arrange delivery of gifts/product for community/influencers.
  • Assist in offline/ online event preparation, ideation, content and awareness activities through social media platforms.
  • Assist regional team in all social media help/requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, media studies or communications
  • Related experience in the similar industry would be advantageous
  • Online and offline marketing platforms & strategies
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Experience in social media management and event management is a plus
  • You are someone who is creative, enjoy coming up with ideas, and lead through the projects
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus.
