• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the semiconductor industry.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities in the process and utility engineering systems in other niche market or industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a project sales role within the semiconductor industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development, particularly in process and utility engineering systems in semiconductor or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
