  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
  • Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
  • Handling all tenancy admin matter including preparation of Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with Retailers as well as attend any queries, requests, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure timely renewal tenancy agreements and updated deposits listing and collection.
  • Attend tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation.
  • Assists in coordinate renovation plans, procedures and monitor renovation work.
  • Knowledge in retail management will be added value.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/Business Administration/Retail Management/Economics/Communication/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management background.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in Mandarina will added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
